Kelly’s experience in Accounting, Finance, & Small Business Consulting has prepared her to lead others to success. This experience, expertise, and passion for small businesses gave her a unique insight into the business world and fed her desire to start The Profit Firm. 

Married with two grown children, 27 and 20, Kelly loves spending time with family and traveling, while cruising the Caribbean is her favorite type of vacation, she is looking forward to exploring other parts of the world.

Kasey is our VP of Tax Solutions and specializes in assisting tax clients with navigating the complex hurdles of tax compliance & preparation.  Kasey is a licensed Tax Preparer certified with the IRS. 

​

When Kasey is not in the office, she enjoys grilling out with her husband and kiddos. She loves vacationing in Florida with her family and going on trips with her sisters.

With over 25 years of accounting and business experience, Regina brings deep financial expertise and a customer-first mindset to her role as Senior Accounting Manager. Throughout her career, she has led accounting teams with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency, consistently helping businesses grow through sound financial strategy and disciplined management.

Outside of the office, Regina is a wife to a loving husband and proud mom to two beautiful girls and has a passion for interior decorating and world travel.

With years of experience in administration, operations, and client-facing roles, Cammi plays a vital role in shaping both the client and team experience at The Profit Firm.  
As Operations Manager, Cammi leads our internal systems and client relationship strategies, ensuring seamless communication, efficient onboarding, and consistent service delivery.

​Outside the office, Cammi is a proud mom to her one-year-old son, enjoys making music, and loves exploring new restaurants.

Adam is a CPA with nearly 20 years of experience in small business and real estate accounting and taxation. A U.S. military veteran, he began his accounting career in the early 2000s and has since worked with Deloitte, the U.S. Government, and as a successful entrepreneur. 

He specializes in advising small businesses and real estate investors, and has served as a Partner/CFO for several companies.  ​He also teaches college-level accounting courses and actively manages a portfolio of rental properties, short-term rentals, flips, and 1031 exchange transactions.

With a Master's in Physics, Joanna pivoted to the tax world where she serves as a key member on our team in Tax Strategy, Compliance, and Filings. Her experience in the sciences has given her a strong sense of organization, high attention to detail, and ability to breakdown even the most complex concepts into easy-to-understand ideas.

Outside of complex-problem solving, Joanna enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, watching shows or playing games together

Ciara  is an accomplished accounting and HR professional with over 10 years of experience supporting small businesses across multiple industries. She has a proven track record of building systems that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and give leadership the insights they need to make confident decisions.

Outside of the office, Ciara enjoys boating on Lake Lanier, exploring new hiking trails, and volunteering in her community. Most importantly, she cherishes time with her four children and finds great joy in watching them grow, learn, and develop into the individuals they are meant to be.

Kayla joins us with a diverse background that includes roles as a Judicial Assistant to a Juvenile Court Judge and working at the 911 offices. She brings a unique set of skills and experiences to the financial world. Kayla is a Certified Payroll Specialist, Certified Bookkeeper & helps our clients with Bookkeeping, Payroll, & Sales Tax Filings.

Beyond the numbers, she is passionate about animals and finds solace in spending quality time with her loving husband and their daughter.​

Lyndsey has 15+ years in bookkeeping and accounting and is also a proud Air Force veteran. She is QuickBooks Online Certified and Gusto Payroll Certified. Her experience in the financial field is complemented by a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping others manage their finances.

Outside of work, Lyndsey loves cheering on Georgia Football and enjoys spending quality time with her children, embarking on various adventures and making lasting memories together.

Langsa is a business intelligence professional with a focus on Accounting Data. With an Industrial Engineering degree, she brings strong analytical skills to her accounting clients. Before transitioning into finance and analytics, Langsa worked as a Science Research Specialist for a project focused on developing anti-infective compounds from indigenous plants.  Now at TPF, she enjoys working with clients to provide clear financial data to allow business owners to make better decisions.  Langsa enjoys spending time with her fur babies and family when not at work. 

Kayden is a Business major  at the University of North Georgia. 

Kayden helps The Profit Firm with social media management and marketing. Kayden is also a Certified Bookkeeper; HR People Advisory Certified & holds a Payroll Certification.

When Kayden is not in the office, you can find her on her motorcycle as her passion is riding and working out. ​
