As Founder and CEO of The Profit Firm, Kelly combines her 25+ years experience in accounting and small-business consulting to help business owners build more profitable and financially secure companies. She leads the firm’s vision and growth while developing innovative strategies, services, and systems that align each client’s accounting, tax planning, and long-term financial goals. Kelly is passionate about helping entrepreneurs understand their numbers, keep more of what they earn, and make confident decisions that create lasting wealth.

Married with two grown children, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. ​

Kasey serves as Chief Operating Officer at The Profit Firm, where she leads firm operations, strengthens internal workflows, and ensures our team delivers an exceptional client experience. With more than 12 years of experience in operations management, she specializes in strategy, implementation, team development, and creating efficient systems that support the firm’s continued growth. Her leadership helps keep the firm’s vision, people, and processes aligned as The Profit Firm continues to expand.

Outside the office, Kasey enjoys grilling with her husband and kids, vacationing in Florida, and traveling with her sisters & mom.

With over 25 years of accounting and business experience, Regina brings deep financial expertise and a customer-first mindset to her role as VP of Accounting. Throughout her career, she has led accounting teams with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency, consistently helping businesses grow through sound financial strategy and disciplined management.

Outside of the office, Regina is a wife to a loving husband and proud mom to two beautiful girls, is loving on her first grandbaby and has a passion for interior decorating and world travel.

Renee brings nearly a decade of tax and accounting experience to the role. Renee holds a Master's in Accounting.  She works with business owners and executives to navigate complex tax situations, find opportunities others miss, and build proactive strategies that line up with their bigger financial goals.

Renee is a proud military spouse and mom to four boys.  She loves time with her family above anything else, and when she gets an hour of her own, she's out antiquing or shopping, or at home with good food and a good youtube or netflix series.

Adam is a CPA with nearly 20 years of experience in small business and real estate accounting and taxation. A U.S. military veteran, he began his accounting career in the early 2000s and has since worked with Deloitte, the U.S. Government, and as a successful entrepreneur. 

He specializes in advising small businesses and real estate investors, and has served as a Partner/CFO for several companies.  ​He also teaches college-level accounting courses and actively manages a portfolio of rental properties, short-term rentals, flips, and 1031 exchange transactions.

With a Master's in Physics, Joanna pivoted to the tax world where she serves as a key member on our team in Tax Strategy, Compliance, and Filings. Jo holds an Enrolled Agents License. Her experience in the sciences has given her a strong sense of organization, high attention to detail, and ability to breakdown even the most complex concepts into easy-to-understand ideas.

Outside of complex-problem solving, Joanna enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, watching shows or playing games together.

Ciara  is an accomplished accounting and HR professional with over 10 years of experience supporting small businesses across multiple industries. She has a proven track record of building systems that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and give leadership the insights they need to make confident decisions.

Outside of the office, Ciara enjoys boating on Lake Lanier, exploring new hiking trails, and volunteering in her community. Most importantly, she cherishes time with her four children and finds great joy in watching them grow, learn, and develop into the individuals they are meant to be.

Kayden is a Business major at the University of North Georgia. 

Kayden helps The Profit Firm with operations, social media management and marketing. Kayden is also a Certified Bookkeeper; HR People Advisory Certified & holds a Payroll Certification.

When Kayden is not in the office, you can find her on her motorcycle as her passion is riding and working out. ​
